Christ Episcopal Church Rocks
Welcome to Christ Episcopal Church and our Rock Garden page. The rocks offered in our rock garden and spread throughout the community are decorated with inspirational art and messages by members of the parish, including children. We offer these enjoyable keepsakes as symbols of the love of Jesus Christ spreading through the world.
To have a picture of your rock find and information about it posted to our Christ Episcopal Church Rocks Facebook page, just click on the name and you will be taken there.
Have fun with your rock
Our rocks are created and distributed to bless others. The rock you found is your rock to use as you wish:
-use it for your own inspiration
-keep it or relocate it for someone else to find
-give it to someone as inspiration for them
A prayer for you
Blessed Lord. I welcome and embrace this symbol of your love offered through others. I pray that it will remind me of your loving presence in my life and the many ways in which we can spread that love and presence. Guide me to walk through the challenges of life confident that you are with me. Bless those who decorated the rock and brought it to me. Guide me to be an instrument of your peace and love. Through Jesus Christ Our Lord. Amen.
About Christ Episcopal Church
Christ Episcopal Church is an energetic and diverse community of committed Christians located on 11 acres of beautifully-landscaped grounds at the Jersey shore in Toms River, New Jersey. Founded in 1865, in the heart of downtown Toms River, we have a long history as a vibrant and welcoming parish through our rich tradition of worship, music and outreach.
We welcome all people, regardless of age, race, ethnicity, gender expression, sexual orientation… we are all one family in Christ. Our church welcomes young families and strives to provide a comfortable environment for worshiping with children.
Our worship services are Eucharist-centered and baptized Christians of all ages are invited to receive communion.
